DJ Ruckus and Intalek put their spin on what up-and-coming hip hop artists call their "breakout mixtape." Both Virginia Beach, VA natives take a stab on the non-creative and non-original approach of mixtape creation by going at it from the "inside looking out" and developed "If I Was Industry: The Cliche Tape," a cassette-tape style mixtape full of lyrical prowess, wittiness, and prestige.

Their basis for the mixtape is to stir up more creative approaches to original music amongst their peers.

Accompanying the mixtape is an 18 page movie-like picture book, created by photographer Marque Robinson, model Steven Askew, and Intalek.
